Through this setup, both craft beer experts and/or newbies like yourself will be able to find the perfect beer that suits your palate.

Glassware
What you drink out of is just as important as what you drink in. Clean beer glass is crucial for proper taste, carbonation, and look.
Because we understand how off-putting it is to taste beer that has hints of leftover food aroma, so we insist on hand washing all of our beer glasses seperate from food plates and dishes. Then we let them air-dry as needed to be free of lint and towel odors.
FOOD GRADE
Beer Lines
One of the many draft equipment that comes in direct contact with the actual beer liquid is the beer line. Although they aren’t seen by customers doesn’t mean they don’t matter.
We are meticulous about the serving quality, and most importantly the safety of consumers. For that, we use food-grade antimicrobial tube that conforms to FDA standard and NSF listed, rather than using regular PVC tubes.

Maintenance
As meticulous as we are about our beer and equipment quality, there’s no reason not to do maintenance ourselves.
Using the new golden standard of ‘recirculation pump’ line-cleaning equipment, your beer is guaranteeed to be passing through ultra clean lines everytime.
No more lingering flavours from the previous keg; lagers won’t taste like pale ales, sours won’t taste like stouts. THANK GOD.
